a. when you access our website

When our website is visited, our servers temporarily store each access in a protocol file.

In cases of our advance performance, i.e. when making a purchase on account, we reserve the right to conduct credit checks on the basis of mathematical and statistical methods at a credit reference agency. To this end, we transmit the required personal data to a credit reporting agency and use the obtained information for our decision with regards to the contractual relationship between us and the buyer. The credit report may use score values based on probability but based on scientifically recognized mathematical and statistical methods
